Tennis Dress Code for Women

Acceptable Women’s Tennis Attire

Clothing should be white, but minimal colored trim or piping is acceptable
White or colored leggings/yoga pants/joggers (worn UNDER and paired with a white skirt)
All white hats/visors/headbands (with small logo)
All white shoes, laces and socks
Colored/printed outer wear (e.g., 1/4-zips, pants, jackets) when worn over white tennis clothing

 

Not Acceptable Dress

White tennis attire with swatches of color or large logos across the front, back or down the arm of the shirt
White or colored leggings/yoga pants/joggers (without white skirt/shorts)
Colored socks, visors/hats and graphic t-shirts
Dark/colored tennis shoes/tennis shoes with colored laces

Collared/collarless jerseys made exclusively for tennis (preferred)
Colored/printed outer wear (e.g., 1/4-zips, pants, jackets) when worn over white tennis clothing
All white socks, shoes and laces
All white hats/visors/headbands (with small logo)

Not Acceptable Men’s Tennis Attire

White tennis attire with swatches of color or large logos across the front, back or down the arm of the shirt
Sleeveless shirts of any kind and/or graphic shirts/shorts
Dark and/or colored tennis shoes/socks/colored laces
Colored visors/hats

All white shoes, laces and socks (only shoes made exclusively for tennis are allowed)
Colored/printed outer wear (e.g., 1/4-zips, pants, jackets) when worn over white tennis clothing

Not Acceptable Children’s Tennis Attire

White tennis attire with swatches of color or large logosacross the front, back or down the arm of the shirt
White or colored leggings/yoga pants/joggers (without white skirt/shorts)
